Frozen fries are a perfectly legitimate starting point — what you do with them after is the whole game. A hot toss with Brown Butter Parmesan, a hit of fresh lemon, and a snowfall of real grated Parmesan turns a bag of freezer staples into something that tastes deliberate. Salty, nutty, bright, and ready in under 25 minutes.

Ingredients
-
24 oz frozen French fries
-
1 Tbsp Spiceology Brown Butter Parmesan
-
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
-
0.33 cup freshly grated Parmesan
-
1 Tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Directions
Cook fries until deeply golden and crisp: air fry at 400°F for 18–20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through; or deep fry at 350°F for 3–5 minutes. Cooking times vary by brand and appliance — use the package as a secondary reference.
Transfer the hot fries to a large bowl and squeeze the lemon juice over them. Toss quickly to coat.
While still hot, sprinkle on the Brown Butter Parmesan and grated Parmesan. Toss to coat evenly so the cheese softens and clings.
Scatter chopped parsley over the top and serve immediately.
Recipe Note
Toss in a wide bowl while the fries are screaming hot — residual heat lightly melts the Parmesan so it grips instead of falling to the bottom. Go easy on extra salt; the blend and cheese both bring plenty.
